By using this website, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to www.tresbellefleur.com.au’s and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.

AMENDMENT OF TERMS
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and Tres Belle Fleur's rights and obligations to each other.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that Tres Belle Fleur is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, v, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT
For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Tres Belle Fleur liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.

You must be over 18 years of age to use this website to purchase any alcohol products.

 

DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS
It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure all goods delivered to secure addresses (eg - apartments and units) will be received by the recipient. Alternatively, Tres Belle Fleur will contact the recipient to arrange appropriate delivery time. All unsuccessful deliveries will result in the goods returned to Tres Belle Fleur incurring additional fees to the purchaser. Collection of goods from Flowers Vasette is available or the redelivery of goods. The redelivery of goods will incur an additional delivery fee to the purchaser.

EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

We require acceptance of all quotes no later than 7 days prior to your event.  This is due to the ordering of stock and staff scheduling purposes.

 

Cancellations of any events less that 7 days prior to an event date are non-refundable in full.

Cancellations of more than 7 days prior to your event date may qualify for a refund on those items that have not been purchased by Tres Belle Fleur along with delivery and installation. Please note some floral varieties do require 2 weeks advance ordering from our suppliers/growers.


Full payment of all Events is required seven (7) days prior to event dates. Events are confirmed upon receiving of payment. All props provided by Tres Belle Fleur are the property of Tres Belle Fleur and provided on a hire only basis, unless purchased by the customer or client. Tres Belle Fleur will collect all hired items, unless specified. If props are to be returned by client, this must occur within one (1) week of Event date. If hired items are damaged by customer or client this will incur additional fees to the value of prop.

If the collection of hired items occurs outside of business hours, an additional charge will be incurred.

Tres Belle Fleur reserves the right to photograph all arrangements upon installation for promotional material use.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Tres Belle Fleur handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Products sold on this website are a perishable, natural item and flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on www.tresbellefleur.com.au’s, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.

Tres Belle Fleur must be notified within three (3) days of purchase of all refunds or returns. Tres Belle Fleur will not accept returns based on change of mind or design. In cases of flowers perishing within three (3) days of purchase and all care instructions have been followed or if Tres Belle Fleur produced the incorrect goods, Tres Belle Fleur will provide a replacement or gift certificate. The value of the gift certificate or replacement is at the discretion of Tres Belle Fleur.
